Indian-Origin Russian MLA Abhay Kumar Singh speaks on the Kursk situation, the Russia-Ukraine war, and India ties.

Originally from Patna, Bihar, Singh moved to Russia in 1991 to study medicine at Kursk State Medical University following the collapse of the Soviet Union.

After completing his education, he briefly returned to India to practice as a doctor but later settled back in Kursk.
